What is it?
The Workforce team are pleased to announce the launch of the new performance appraisal toolkit. The following documents can be downloaded and should be used for performance appraisal with immediate effect:
- Performance Appraisal Toolkit for staff (this can be used as an electronic document and typed on, or printed off and written on)
- Staff Guide
- Managers Guide
- NHS Leadership Framework Assessment
- Personal Details Form
The new documentation has been developed following feedback received from staff during the 2011 Staff Survey. The documentation will be used as a pilot until October 2012 at which point comments received will be reviewed and used to develop the final version.
