Training and Appraisal is changing...

New Message on 1 February 2012

The new OD and Workforce Team are pleased to announce that work is underway to unite our current booking processes and appraisal systems in order to streamline procedures. This means:

1. You can still book on and access e-KSF for training (both e-learning and face to face) until further notice.

2. Outstanding Appraisals need to be signed off asap; no new appraisals should be started on e-KSF.

3. Save/download your personal information to a .pdf file before it is finally withdrawn completely on 17th March 2012 (once e-KSF has gone, you will not be able to access your information)

4. A completely new electronic self service system will be launched as part of ESR self-service from June 2012
