Online Maps
New map pages to key locations (e.g. community hospitals, inidividual services, training course venues, etc) are gradually being added.
If you would like to submit a new map location or correct/update details for an existing map, please send the following information to SCTWebmaster@shropcom.nhs.uk:
Core Information
- Title (e.g. name of the organisation or service. If this is a training venue, please state the name of the building)
- Full address, inc. postcode
- Contact telephone number (either a central reception or administration number will suffice)
NB: Maps cannot be created without this information!
Optional Information
This information is not required for publication but would be useful if provided:
- Directions to venue
- Fax number (if applicable)
- Contact email address
- Website address (for an approved 3rd-party organisation, e.g. Robert Jones and Agnes Hunt)
