Welcome to Shropshire Community Health NHS Trust

From 1 July, we became a Community NHS Trust, and our aim is to provide high quality health services delivered wherever possible close to where people live  - at home, in local clinics and at community hospitals.

We provide a range of community-based health services for adults and children in Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, and some services to people in surrounding areas too. Our services range from district nursing and health visiting, to physiotherapy and specialist community clinics.

We want to work with local people and communities to develop innovative services that best meet people’s needs for care and treatment, and to help them stay healthy.

Whilst we hope you find the information on this site useful, however it is an interim arrangement until we have fully developed a new website for the Trust, with new features and detailed information. We welcome your views on what you’d like to see on the new site - as this will help us to make sure that we improve the quality of information available to you, available in the way you would like it.
